On the way to the wintering site we stopped in Girona. Monday evening my wife fell on her face in front of the motorhome. The chin, lips, nose and between the upper lip and nose were covered in abrasions and three front teeth were loose. On Tuesday morning we went to the Clinica Dental Devesa, which was less than 150 m away. All three teeth were extracted an hour later, the jaw was sutured and, after consultation between the treating doctor and a dental technician, the existing dentures were retained in order to be filled with the missing teeth. We were supposed to pick up the teeth on Thursday afternoon. The bit fit perfectly, no pressure points. It's been 10 days since the operation and there were no complications. We, especially my wife, would like to thank the lady at reception and the doctor, with whom my wife felt very well looked after and with whom she felt right from the start There was a very good trust, thank you from the bottom of my heart. For me the best treatment, both professionally and personally. At no time have I felt deceived since they are clear and transparent at all times. I definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. And whoever has gone to the clinic has left delighted since in other clinics they are not so perfectionist and detail-oriented when doing their work.

At first, while I was paying month by month, it was great, when I finished paying everything and there was still almost a year left, there were already problems and not worrying about the client. I was not at all happy with the final result of my orthodontics, they did not take care of the details at the end of the almost 3 years that I was there and everything was to pay. The retainers arrived late so the teeth moved and the retainers do not fit correctly, the retainer comes off every now and then and even though I am cautious, I watch what I eat and what I don't so that they don't come off and even when you go they put you you hit They tell you that it includes cleaning when it is not true because they make you pay for it. After telling them that my teeth have moved and that my mouth is not straight and that it is still somewhat crooked, they tell me that MAYBE it is something boney and we need to operate, when at the beginning of everything they didn't tell me anything, apart from asking me. Now I have to start a new treatment in another clinic since they have checked my mouth and it is not boney at all, it is just that the treatment was not done as it should. The bathroom has been closed since covid. When I went to appointments, from time to time they made me wait 1 hour sitting there and without being able to use the service, in addition to losing hours of work sitting there when I already had an appointment. Very dissatisfied, I will not return again, it has been a waste of money and a waste of 3 years.

I came for emergency care through the dental policy I have with the mutual. I am very sorry that people are making these negative comments as my experience has been 10, they took very good care of me, they closed later for me and after going to other clinics with the problem when they all told me that it was closing time and they didn't want to attend to me, they were the only ones who were there for me.
